The walleye action in the shallows has remained steady with a lot of good eater size walleyes being caught. During the day, 28 - 32 feet of water has been working best for us. A mix of wallaye and sauger is what should be expected. February can be a great time to catch fish on the deeper flats. Glow in the dark colors and rattle jigs have been the lures of choice.
